We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Mentor to join our team at Academics Ltd in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and enthusiastic individual to work as part of our school support team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing pupil progress, developing and maintaining professional relationships with staff, pupils, and parents, and supporting pupils across the school and working outside the classroom in extracurricular activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assess pupil progress.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
- Support pupils across the school and work outside the classroom in extracurricular activities.
- Assist students who need additional support with their learning.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for working with children, hold HLTA status or have previous teaching assistance experience desired. Long-term and permanent contracts available.
Estimated Salary:£32,000 - £37,000 per annum depending on experience.
