About the Role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering management resources and manage the delivery of engineering work packages. The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background and experience in nuclear engineering design and substantiation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technical projects with a team of engineers involved in multi-disciplinary tasks and interfacing with other construction-related disciplines.
  • Develop and implement resource planning, recruitment, and capability development plans for our teams.
  • Identify and manage technical risk throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Negotiate with internal stakeholders and the supply chain to develop project requirements.

About You

  • You will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in nuclear engineering design and substantiation.
  • You will have excellent leadership qualities and be able to manage and motivate a team.
  • You will be able to collaborate effectively with market colleagues, other wider-business colleagues, and the management team.
  • You will be a passionate supporter of our Global Technology Centre and supply chain to offer competitive advantage and quality.
