We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Dalkia UK in Preston.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum (pro-rata) and additional earnings through overtime. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance on building services equipment, conducting inspections and fault finding, and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on building services equipment
  • Conduct inspections and fault finding to identify and resolve issues
  • Maintain excellent relationships with our customers through face-to-face, telephone, and email communication
Requirements
  • City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Commercial building maintenance experience in a customer-facing environment
