About this opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Content Database Manager to join our Bid Team within Scottish Widows Distribution Development & Performance.
As a Content Database Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Qvidian database to ensure all content is up to date, of high quality, technically compliant, and searchable for the Bid Team.
You will facilitate the identification and creation of new knowledge or update existing knowledge to ensure it remains relevant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management and maintenance of the Qvidian database
- Facilitating the identification and creation of new knowledge
- Establishing procedures and processes for the use of knowledge repositories
- Management of Client Testimonials and Case Studies
- Working with distribution sales teams and Subject Matter Experts to ensure proposal input is well-written and timely

Requirements
- Experience in database management with a working knowledge of Qvidian system or other proposal management software
- Familiarity with protection, pension, and investment products and experience of working within a Bid Team environment
- Awareness of Bid Management principles and ability to create compelling and persuasive bid content
- Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills with ability to problem solve and prioritize workload
