Spinwell Global is recruiting for a Parking Processing Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage the delivery of our parking processing functions, ensuring efficient processes and timely service delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience in back-office functions, penalty charge recovery, and permit issue, with a strong understanding of current policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the delivery of parking processing functions, including penalty charge recovery and permit issue.
  2. Develop and implement efficient processes to ensure compliance with current policy and procedures.
  3. Monitor and report on budget performance, analyzing income and expenditure.
  4. Conduct performance monitoring and management, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Prepare and review contract documents, policies, and procedures.
  6. Hold regular meetings with stakeholders and conduct 1:1 and performance review meetings.
  7. Assist with the management of the wider Parking Team, contributing to policy development and process improvement.

Requirements:

  1. A good standard of education, including a minimum of 5 GCSE (or equivalent) at grade 4-9 or above.
  2. Full driving license.
  3. Essential experience in a parking environment, specializing in back-office functions.
  4. Office management experience.
