Audit Partner Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Partner to join our team in Cirencester. As a key member of our audit department, you will be responsible for leading high-value audit engagements and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the audit function, ensuring excellence is delivered to clients across various business sectors.
  • Drive strategic target setting, forecasting, and reporting on department budgeting.
  • Grow the audit team through recruitment, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Oversee the delivery of the audit function, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
  • Represent the firm professionally during networking opportunities, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Champion the firm's values within the team, motivating colleagues.
  • Provide exceptional client-facing communication skills.
  • Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Audit Partner with RI status.
  • Extensive experience in managing a diverse audit portfolio.
  • Proven track record of leading an audit department with a commercial approach.
  • Confident representation of the firm within new networks to secure new business.
  • Previous leadership experience at a high level, with a positive attitude.
  • Strategically minded in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
