Administrative Coordinator

Pareto is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Administrative Officer/Receptionist to support the day-to-day running of our contracting business. This role will be based out of our office in Wilmslow and will involve managing the front-of-house operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Wilmslow reception, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and delegates.
- Provide administrative support to the contracting team, including data input, appointment making, and record keeping.
- Assist with the on-boarding and compliance process, including sending and receiving client/candidate paperwork and documents.
- Process amendments to contracts, book and record candidate holidays and absences, and process timesheets to ensure timely payments.
- Take notes for meetings, ensure all candidate and client records are up-to-date, and report, monitor, and evaluate documents as required.
- Provide excellent customer service, both over the phone and in person, and support with Employee Relation duties and wellbeing initiatives.
- Strong organization skills and ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Excellent customer service skills and confident with IT.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Solution-focused and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
