We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Assistant to join our team at People Group Limited on a high-profile infrastructure project in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the conception and creation of methodology for earthworks and drainage, as well as 3D modeling of earthworks, landscaping, and temporary drainage using Civil 3D.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering and be proficient in Civil 3D. You will also be responsible for material quantities calculation using 3D models in Civil 3D, stockpile design and movement planning with Civil 3D and Excel, and adhering to the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Management Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conception and creation of methodology for earthworks and drainage
  • 3D modeling of earthworks, landscaping, and temporary drainage using Civil 3D
  • Material quantities calculation using 3D models in Civil 3D
  • Stockpile design and movement planning with Civil 3D and Excel
  • Adhering to the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Management Plans

Requirements:

  • Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering
  • Proficient in Civil 3D
  • Good knowledge of reading technical plans and extracting relevant information from 2D drawings and 3D models
  • Experience of BIM environment and GIS processes
