About the RoleThis position involves providing personal care, including hoisting and seizure management, to individuals with complex needs. You will be responsible for establishing daily routines and performing tasks such as personal care and managing seizures.

Key Responsibilities:- Work effectively with the manager, team, and family members
- Support service users with daily routines and personal care
- Manage seizures with training provided
- Maintain a positive attitude and work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends
- Prior experience working with adults with complex needs
- Training in PEG feeding, epilepsy, and moving and handling
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Full driving license and PVG scheme registration
- SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable)
Salary: £14-16/hour
