This Lifesaving Mentor position is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing programs to support the growth and development of young people.

Your main responsibility will be to organise activities, supervise volunteers, and support the learning and development of young people. You will also be required to develop and implement programs to support the growth and development of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising activities and events to support the growth and development of young people.
• Supervising and mentoring other adult volunteers in their team.

What We Offer

Sja's West offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
