Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis at a dynamic and supportive primary school in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

About the Role

As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience of pupils. Your responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day activities, lesson preparation, and supporting pupils with special educational needs.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings
