The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in German and a keen interest in specializing in FIG M&A, with existing experience in financial modeling and investment banking, potentially gained through internships in M&A/corporate finance, Big 4 corporate finance roles, or junior investment banking/corporate M&A positions.

The successful candidate will work on FIG transactions, primarily focusing on Asset & Wealth Management, Private Banking, Private markets, PE, Hedge funds, and Real Estate.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing ongoing deals within the group, encompassing M&A transactions, financing, and capital markets.
  • Supporting senior bankers in delivering strategic advice to clients.

Key tasks will involve:

  • Strategic idea generation.
  • Preparation of pitch books and discussion materials.
  • Data analysis.
  • Financial modeling (operating models, capital models, merger models, LBO, etc.).
