Nursery Nurse/Early Years Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Nurse/Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Nuffield Health's Nuffy Bear Day Nursery in Tunbridge Wells.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years, promoting their health, wellbeing, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and education to children, ensuring their needs are met and their potential is realized.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that promote learning and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies or equivalent.
  • Experience in a nursery setting, with a focus on early years education.
  • Paediatric first aid qualifications an advantage.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance required.
