Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Driven Innovation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, launching, and owning innovation trials that drive tangible benefits to customers. This role requires a minimum of 3 days working from our London office.

What You'll Do:

  • Support our growth through innovative solutions;
  • Engage with multiple functions within the company, including content, data, and operations;
  • Use CRM, insights, and data platforms to deliver high-quality trials across various areas;
  • Identify growth and innovation opportunities using qualitative and quantitative data;
  • Demonstrate strong data fluency and numerical skills to tell a coherent story;
  • Familiarity with coding languages such as SQL and Python is desirable but not essential;
  • Show curiosity and self-drive to find answers without extensive help and support.

Benefits
