Care and Community Coordinator

Lifeways is looking for a skilled Care Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
Job DescriptionThis is a 37.5-hour per week position with flexible shifts between 08:00am and 22:00pm, Monday to Sunday. You will be working in an all-male shared house where we provide specialist support services to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, and mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores.
- Provide emotional support and promote independence.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality support.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive guaranteed hours at one place of work, excellent opportunities for career development, and a comprehensive training programme.
