Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Executive

Salary: £20,000 OTE £52,000 + Car
Location: Reading

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at a well-established and highly successful Dealership in Reading. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for car sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The role offers a basic salary of £20,000 plus commission (up to £52,000), with a fair guarantee for the first 3 months while you settle in and receive training. Excellent commission structure. Very desirable brand with a large market share giving you the best chance to sell and earn well. Company car.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maximize sales opportunities whilst ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  2. Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
  3. Achieve monthly sales targets for New and Used vehicles, achieving the minimum profit targets.
  4. Achieve monthly sales targets for additional profit centres including finance and insurance.
  5. Identifying and targeting prospective clients.
  6. Making appointments to discuss prospects and client's needs.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Experience of sales within the Motor Trade is required for this role.
  2. Experience of the Kerridge/ADP DMS system would be highly advantageous.
  3. Self-motivated and dedicated individual.
  4. Ability to work within a team.
  5. Must have a Driving License.
  6. Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.
  7. Highly presentable, ambitious and target driven, with a strong passion for car sales in order to meet and exceed agreed targets for the sale of vehicles and related products.
