Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Event Management Director to join our team. As an Event Management Director, you will be responsible for the full-cycle of event delivery and project management for our clients in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle of events delivery for virtual, on-site, and hybrid events
  • Attend client briefings, event planning, logistics, conference stage management, and other related tasks
  • Work closely with the sales team and production manager to deliver events
  • Travel to France and USA a few times per year for client meetings and events
  • Manage a team of event coordinators and staff to deliver events
  • Develop and implement event strategies to meet client objectives
  • Monitor and report on event performance and budget

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate events management
  • Agency experience, professional services, or working with a portfolio of multiple events at a time
  • Fluent English and French, written and spoken
  • Ability to work outside of office hours as required
