Agricultural Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an Agricultural Maintenance Specialist to join our team at LKL Services Ltd.
Job Summary:
- Perform general farm work and maintenance tasks, including tractor operation, machinery upkeep, and equipment greasing.
- Assist with livery yard jobs, such as dropping hay and straw supplies and maintaining electric fencing, water lines, and stable blocks.
- Maintain the drill, sprayer, spreader, and combine, as well as perform rouging tasks throughout the wheat, barley, and pea crops.
Estate Work:
- Knapsacking around the entire farm
- Fencing and repair of farm tracks and buildings
- Upkeep of hedges and grass margins in line with environmental agreements
- Strimming and other estate maintenance tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and insecticide treatment of grain stores and dryer building
- Maintenance of the dryer and grain stores
- Assistance with lake maintenance, including netting, tree work, and fencing
