The five-year Apprentice Development Programme offers you the chance to grow into a well-rounded professional while accelerating your career growth from day one.

You'll be enrolled in a higher-level apprenticeship, gaining knowledge and qualifications to advance your career within your technical discipline. You'll spend one day a week learning with trusted partners during term time and the rest working on commissions, developing valuable on-the-job experience.

You'll receive a structured development plan, introducing key business, technical, and commercial competencies essential for success at Turner & Townsend. This will equip you with tools to manage and monitor your personal and professional development progress.

In addition to on-the-job learning, you'll benefit from technical and behavioural training, preparing you to excel in your role. You'll also have the opportunity to pursue professional qualifications with accredited bodies like RICS, APM, CMI, IMEA, ICE, and CIOB.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
