Clerk of Works position available with a well-established Quantity Surveying and Property consultancy.

Responsibilities include inspecting and reporting on sites around the Evesham, Worcestershire area.

A company car is provided, and business mileage is paid.

Projects will primarily be new build and refurbishment projects with a strong emphasis on residential sector projects.

As Clerk of Works, you will need to demonstrate the ability to undertake instructions of building works in progress on newly built residential sites.

A good knowledge of current Building Regulations and Warranty provider standards is required.

Clerk of Works in this role should be comfortable with regular travel around Evesham, Worcestershire.
