Job Title: Health Club Leisure Assistant - Lifeguard

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Health Club Leisure Assistant - Lifeguard at Roehampton Club Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and guests while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver a friendly and welcoming experience for all members and guests using the Health Club facilities.
  • Lifeguarding: Safeguard the pool area and ensure the well-being of members and guests while on duty.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment, and ensure the facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • First Aid: Administer first aid where qualified, in accordance with company procedures.
  • Operational Procedures: Comply with all operating procedures of the Health Club and company.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) or willingness to obtain.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Trustworthy, reliable, and a strong team player.

Benefits:

  • Overtime: Paid at the rate of time and a half.

  • Life Leave Days: 2 additional days per annum.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts.
