We are proud to be one of the leading providers of sheltered accommodation in South Wales. Our organisation is committed to providing high-quality services to our residents, and we are seeking a skilled Scheme Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scheme Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retirement living scheme. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the scheme's staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that all aspects of the scheme are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage the scheme's staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• To coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all works are carried out safely and efficiently
• To liaise with other departments within the organisation, including finance, HR, and marketing

Requirements:

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as social care or housing management
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a housing or social care setting
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Salary and Benefits:

• A competitive salary of approximately £42,000-£52,000 per annum, depending on experience
• A full-time contract (35 hours/week, Monday-Friday)
