Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to assist teaching staff in meeting the needs of pupils with additional requirements. Your key responsibilities will include providing support in mainstream settings, supervising pupils, and contributing to lesson provision.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, including English and Maths
  • Teaching Assistant qualification (Minimum level 3) (Desirable)
  • Experience of class supervision and assisting with lesson provision to achieve positive learning outcomes
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in tandem with teaching staff
  • Ability to be empathetic and understanding to the needs of students
