Job Title: Homeowner Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Homeowner Advocate to join our team at IRIS Recruitment. As a key member of our housing services department, you will be responsible for providing personalized support and guidance to our homeowners while ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners to discuss their concerns and issues related to service charges and other matters.
• Provide clear and concise information regarding service charges and other related matters.
• Assist in the recovery of service charges, including s.20 works debt, in accordance with our rent and charge collection policy.

Requirements:

• A full driving license and access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
• Knowledge of housing or housing management practices, including direct experience of leasehold services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
