About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Cash Management Product Owner to join our team at NatWest. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of our digital cash management suite.

In this role, you will work closely with our technology teams, relationship managers, and clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for defining, managing, and prioritizing the digital cash management backlog, building out the sales pipeline, and engaging customers in the development of our digital cash management suite.

You will also be responsible for leveraging Scrum teams to execute the digital workstack, working with stakeholders to deliver on KPIs, and making sure that continuous improvements in financial spend are within agreed budgets.

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for customer-centric design, innovation, and collaboration. You should have previous experience of working in a Scrum or Agile team and a successful track record of digital delivery and operations.

You will be responsible for taking clients on the technical integration journey, supporting the RM and Sales teams to drive pipeline, identify clients, and join client meetings. You will also be responsible for making sure that continuous improvements in financial spend are within agreed budgets.

Key Responsibilities
