About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Interim Support Service Manager to join our team at SeeAbility, a leading disability charity in the UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and services to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the provision of person-centred support that improves the quality of everyday life and achieves individual goals.
  • Support the management of over 1000 hours in various locations in Oxfordshire, working closely with Senior and/or Deputy Managers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive improvement within budgetary controls, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide specialist eye-care services and support individuals with sight loss.

Requirements:

  • Proven management experience in care and management, with a focus on autism and behaviour support needs.
  • Hold an NVQ 5 in Care and Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Current driving license and ability to travel independently as required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call to respond to service needs.
