We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team at Joshua Robert Recruitment. In this role, you will provide essential support to Engineering and Environmental managers, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with technical matters across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for senior managers and departments, providing technical, contractual, and administrative support.
  • Manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and Departure responses, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Coordinate departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, managing actions, and taking minutes as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of briefing materials, presentations, and reports for senior management.
  • Develop and maintain efficient information systems (MS Teams, SharePoint, and eB) to ensure smooth documentation management.
  • Support ongoing project operations, including liaising with document control teams across multiple organisations.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with database systems such as Assetwise or eB.
  • Engineering-related post-A-level qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience in coordinating technical meetings and supporting senior-level teams.
