About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as Elevated Product Lead. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our product strategy, ensuring that our brand remains at the forefront of the luxury fashion industry.

You will lead a team of senior leaders across Buying, Design, and Production departments, fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment that drives innovation and excellence. Your expertise will be essential in defining and executing our product vision, ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs and preferences of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product strategy that positions our brand as a leader in the market, delivering exceptional value through quality and design.
  • Oversee the development of a commercially viable product line, driving product innovation and balancing short- and long-term business goals to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency within all processes, focusing on delivering qualitative and relevant products in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Keep the customer at the forefront of decision-making, ensuring our products meet evolving needs and preferences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is essential in this role, working closely with the management team and other departments to contribute to the broader strategic direction of the company.
