Senior Health and Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the Health & Safety Policy, including managing risk assessments and controls.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues to address HSE management issues effectively.
- Manage the HSE staff and contractors' awareness and training program.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development of plans for achieving net-carbon neutrality by 2030.
- Recent practical experience in HSE management practices.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and investigations.
- NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and/or an IEMA foundation course in Environmental Management, or equivalent qualifications.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 45001 standards.
