Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide personalized support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Medication Management: Manage medication schedules, ensuring timely administration and maintaining accurate records.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain the client's home environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Mobility Support: Assist with mobility needs, including helping with walking, transfers, and other activities.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, building effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Compassion and Empathy: Display patience, compassion, and a positive attitude at all times, understanding the importance of empathy in care work.

Salary and Benefits
