Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiting Staff member to join our team at Miller & Carter. As a Waiting Staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drink, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and serve food and drink in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the dining area and kitchen.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to work as part of a team and maintain a clean and safe environment.
