Workshop Repair Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Repair Engineer to join our engineering team at our Depot in Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Workshop Service Manager in maintaining efficient workshop operations, ensuring machines under repair meet company and legislative standards.
  • Undertake routine and complex repairs to machines at depot, adhering to manufacturer specifications and company policy.
  • Collaborate with the depot team to minimize machine downtime, aligning with depot KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer care, responding to queries and relaying information to depot staff as needed.
  • Accurately complete relevant paperwork using our engineering system/application.
  • Update system records on machine status changes, including PDI/PHI, machine under repair, and 6-month statutory inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety standards and policies, promoting a safe working environment.
