Job Title: Group Fitness Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Group Fitness Manager to join our team at Village Hotels. As a key member of our fitness operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our group fitness teams across the estate, ensuring that our fitness programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop high-performing group fitness teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional fitness experiences.
  • Develop and implement group fitness programs and services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, including creating and delivering fitness classes, workshops, and events.
  • Collaborate with our fitness operations team to ensure that our fitness programs and services are aligned with our business objectives and meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of group fitness programs, services, and customer feedback, using this information to inform and improve our fitness operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in group fitness management, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional fitness experiences and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the changing needs of our business.
  • Knowledge of fitness industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform and improve our fitness operations.
