We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a secondary school in the Southend area. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality support to students with special educational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Support students with daily living skills and personal care
- Collaborate with other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system
Requirements:
- GCSE English and Maths grade 'C'
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
- Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate
