Job Summary
The Shade Primary School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to support the class teacher and SENCo in delivering high-quality education to students.
The school aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop a love of learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the teacher in planning and delivering lessons, as well as providing individual support to students as needed.
The role will involve working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to identify areas where students need additional support, and developing strategies to address these needs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating with parents and carers as needed.
The school is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all staff and students. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the teaching team to achieve this goal.
Working Hours
18 hours and 30 minutes per week
8.45am - 3.15pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
(remaining 30 minutes each week to be worked as agreed)
