We are looking for a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Mount Charles Group in Derry/Londonderry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic facilities management environment.
About the Position:- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment on our trains.
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures.
- Attention to detail and a flexible attitude are essential for this role.
- Ensuring trains are cleaned to a high standard, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining knowledge of all cleaning materials and agents.
- Using cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Reporting any issues or concerns promptly.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for understanding safety instructions and documentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A valid Personal Track Safety Medical Assessment certificate.
- Estimated salary: £18,000 - £25,000 per annum.
