Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality IT services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in IT service management, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality IT services.
  • Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT leadership role with strong foundation in IT service management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
