- Collaborate with other departments to offer integrated service solutions and identify opportunities for cross-selling firm services.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting and auditing standards to enhance audit methodologies.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of audit team members to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with significant post-qualification experience in audit within a reputable accountancy practice.
- Proven experience in managing and leading audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio, including private companies and not-for-profit organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards, with a strong commitment to maintaining technical proficiency.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team of audit professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering top-tier client service.
- Proficiency in using audit software and MS Office suite.
