Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated finance professional to join our client's team as a Financial Operations Manager. Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will have a good knowledge of management accounting, financial modeling, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data extraction and report writing
  • Daily cash flow management, including bank transfers, invoice financing, and exchange rates
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist in preparation of monthly cash flow forecast and preparation of monthly management accounts/year-end accounts
  • Weekly financial KPI reporting
  • Sales commission calculation
  • Holiday cover, including purchase ledger and credit control
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience working within an accounting environment
  • Ideal qualifications include AAT level 3 or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of double entry bookkeeping and management accounting
  • Ability to commute to the office on a daily basis
