Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Railway Maintenance Specialist to support our team in organizing and motivating personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out inspections, maintenance, fault finding, and other tasks as required.

About This Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader in ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards. This includes conducting regular site visits, maintaining accurate records, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • PTS (Possession of Track Safety Certificate)
  • COSS (Certified Person Serviceable)
  • PC (Personal Competence)
  • Lookout
  • Site Warden Ticket
  • Level C for substation access

Location and Working Arrangements

This role is based in Romford and will require occasional travel to various sites. You must have a flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £375 per day, inside IR35. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, you will receive a range of benefits including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and life assurance.
