Job Description

We are looking for a Merchandise Strategist to lead the growth of our Merchandising capability at BOXRAW. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our merchandising strategy to drive sales and increase merchandise productivity.

About You

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience in Planning & Merchandising or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • You possess strong analytical/statistical skills including a comprehensive understanding of retail math concepts and formulation of business plans.
  • You have excellent negotiation and communication skills.

The Role

  • Develop and execute the merchandising strategy to drive sales and increase merchandise productivity.
  • Forecast sales and inventory weekly to address trends and changes in the market.
  • Sourcing high-quality products, building strong relationships with vendors and negotiating the best deals on price, quality, and terms.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from sourcing to end-of-life, including forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management.

Salary

£50,000 - £70,000 per annum based on experience.
