Radiography Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Radiography Specialist to join our team at the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath. As a key member of our Radiography Department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

• You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient care outcomes.
• You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a range of radiographic equipment, including fluoroscopy machines.
• You will work within our A&E imaging environment, adapting your techniques as necessary in trauma situations.
• You will participate in our Department's QA program, ensuring that all protocols and procedures are adhered to.

1. Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients, including those who are too ill to attend the X-ray department.
2. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve excellent patient care outcomes.
3. Operate and maintain a range of radiographic equipment, including fluoroscopy machines.
4. Adapt your techniques as necessary in trauma situations.

• Recent NHS clinical experience in general radiography areas is essential.
• Availability to participate in night and weekend working is also essential.
