The Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated Respiratory Physiotherapist to join its Community Respiratory Service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering quality-driven pulmonary rehabilitation in local health venues and patients' homes across the Staffordshire area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with diagnosed respiratory conditions.
  • Provide evidence-based care to patients with various respiratory conditions.
  • Supervise other physiotherapists, unregistered staff, and undergraduate physiotherapy students.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within the NHS, preferably in a Community Team setting. A current driving licence and access to a vehicle are also essential requirements. Continuing Professional Development training is encouraged, and regular clinical supervision is offered through group or individual supervision as appropriate.

The salary for this role is £39,292 per annum, which reflects the trust's commitment to providing competitive compensation packages.
