Job Description:

As a Project Control and Training Expert at Nicholas Associates, you will be responsible for monitoring, coaching, and assessing learners. You will support both internal training delivery and external delivery, ensuring that taught courses align with site operations and the curriculum to best improve learners. This role involves driving completion of tasks and achievement of deadlines, developing and training apprentices in various sectors such as Nuclear, Petro-Chem, Pharma, and Thermal. You will also comply with national laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Project Control, Project Management, and Project Engineer disciplines within the Energy sector
  • Training experience beneficial but not essential
  • Project Control/Project Management qualification or equivalent
  • Good IT skills
  • Understanding of problem-solving and risk management techniques
  • Knowledge and understanding of Project Control disciplines in Planning, costing, and Estimating
