Our client, a Surrey based charity, is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to provide high-quality support in the annual budget setting process. As a key member of the financial team, you will be responsible for producing and analyzing monthly management accounts, identifying trends and variances, and communicating results to stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) to join a reputable charity and contribute to its financial success. You will work closely with the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to develop and implement effective financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely management information and financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Liaise with budget holders and stakeholders to communicate financial results and provide guidance on budget management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in accounting (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) and experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
