Role: Data Analyst
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £35k-£45k (DOE)
At Intellect Group, we're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to work with our clients across multiple industries, leveraging data insights to drive meaningful business improvements.
As a Data Analyst, you'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, using data analysis and statistical methods to inform key business strategies and drive decision-making.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyse large datasets: Extract, clean, and analyse data from various sources to uncover trends and insights that inform key business strategies.
- Support decision-making: Use statistical methods and predictive models to assist clients in making data-driven decisions that improve their performance and efficiency.
- Create data visualisations: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports to clearly communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, consultants, and client representatives, to ensure that data projects align with client goals.
- Identify opportunities: Continuously explore ways to optimise processes, identify business opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations to clients.
You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field: Preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience with data analysis tools: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting.
- Data visualisation skills: Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar to present complex data in a user-friendly format.
- Strong analytical mindset: Ability to understand and interpret complex datasets, drawing clear and actionable conclusions for clients.
- Excellent communication skills: Capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
It's a Bonus If You Have:
- Industry experience: Prior experience working with clients in finance, retail, or healthcare, and familiarity with sector-specific data challenges.
- Exposure to advanced analytics: Knowledge of machine learning techniques, predictive modeling, or advanced statistical analysis.
- Problem-solving approach: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
