Senior Night Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at Combe Lea, a vibrant Community Resource Centre in Midsomer Norton.
As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Working in a supervisory position, you will assist the Registered Manager in maintaining exceptional care standards and supporting the development of our dedicated care team.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Manage shifts, supervise staff, and ensure rota cover over a 4-week period, including alternate weekends and bank holidays.
- Care Quality: Maintain high levels of care and support, conduct audits, and contribute to staff development.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and follow policies and procedures proactively.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a fantastic team of carers to create a supportive and empowering environment for our residents.
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within care is desirable, but a commitment to delivering quality care is essential.
- Background: We welcome applicants from various care backgrounds, including nursing, domiciliary care, learning disabilities, and healthcare.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to care.
