Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Activate Group Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including annual statutory accounts, monthly consolidated accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Tax and Regulatory Filings: Prepare and file VAT returns and other regulatory documents, stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and assist in tax planning.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, coordinate with external auditors, and implement internal processes and controls to prevent fraud and ensure accuracy.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience of working in an accountancy practice preferred.
