Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Class 1 Driver to join our team at Eastern Logistics. As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for operating a variety of vehicles, including HGVs and trailers, to transport goods and materials across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Transport goods and materials across the country
  • Meet delivery deadlines and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to hours of service and vehicle maintenance

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 licence
  • Current CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
  • Maximum of 6 points on driving licence
  • RHIDEs card
  • At least 6 months of experience in the port industry
