About the Role:

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the ESG frameworks and reporting processes, including TCFD and SBTi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic ESG, TCFD, and SBTi reporting projects to help clients achieve their Net Zero strategy.
  • Develop and set science-based targets, leveraging expertise in carbon accounting.
  • Manage and implement relevant ESG frameworks, providing advice and guidance on implementing TCFD framework recommendations.
  • Assess climate-related risks and opportunities, as well as climate scenarios.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on ESG mandatory and voluntary regulation changes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality meets the highest standards.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and workshops for clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills to drive success in managing complex clients and end-to-end projects.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, including Board members, Heads of Sustainability, CFOs, CEOs, and Risk General Managers.
  • Strong relationships with multiple project and business teams.
